Bamapii... Brighty 9/9/07

Dear little Brighty our 9 yr old miracle mother hen has passed away. Her mate Gimley sensed that her time was near and he stayed by her side, often with his head down right next to hers as if to say 'I am here for you'.

Bamapii, pronounced bama-pee is a Native American word which doesn't quite mean good-bye, but more like 'see you again'.
